Customized Durations
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received at least 180 days prior to trip start; a full refund of deposit, less any handling fees.
- Cancellations received at least 90 days prior to trip start, a fee of 25% will be incurred. Alternatively, we will offer rescheduling within 1 year at the original rate quoted for the scheduled trip.
- Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to trip start, no refunds will be given. We will offer rescheduling within 1 year at the original rate quoted for the scheduled trip.
Storm Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cannot travel to the islands due to government issued travel restrictions associated with a hurricane event, we will provide a full refund, less handling fees.
