Use of 3 cabins for up to 6 people.
You will also have full access to the galley, including refrigerator and freezer, stove/oven, pantry storage, etc.
We have two coolers, a 65 RTIC and a 125 Yeti. If you have a favorite establishment, feel free to bring a sticker to add on a cooler!
Water toys, ice, fresh water for galley and bathing, fuel, mooring fees, cruising fees and taxes ... oh, and the crew and our provisions are all included in the cost.
Customs and immigration fees (entry and exit to the BVI) of up to $75 p/p

SAIL in the CARIBBEAN!! Seriously, y'all, this area is known as a sailor's paradise for good reason!
You'll be able to visit a different island (or two) every day if you like. In our opinion, there is no better way to travel between these beautiful islands!
Should you want to add on fishing or diving, we can point you to the necessary resources for fishing licenses and/or dive gear.
That all depends on you and what you want to do and you don't have to decide before you arrive. Plans can change daily based on what you find you are enjoying the most while you're here!
If we have a long sail, say to Anegada, we will leave by 7 AM, but a normal start is somewhere around 9am. (Remember, it's island time!)
Typically, we will sail first to a swim/snorkel spot and then onto a lunch stop. Sometimes we can get in two stops before lunch. Lunches can either be prepared aboard or if you prefer to go ashore, that is usually an option, too.
Happy hours start at 4 most places, and we aim to be tied up to a mooring ball at that night's island of choice by 4:30 at the latest. Most folks choose to go ashore and visit on the island a bit before heading back to the boat to cook up their supper (if they haven't chosen to sample the local fare ashore!)
Remember, though, it's your trip and it's up to you how you want your day to unfold!
Wow! There are SO MANY options that really never fail to impress! Here are just a few to whet your appetite ...
USVI
Rock City (St. Thomas)
Love City (St. John)
Water Island
Twin City (St. Croix)
White Bay, Jost Van Dyke
Great Harbour, Jost Van Dyke
Little Jost Van Dyke
Norman Island
Cooper Island
Virgin Gorda
Anegada
Tortola
There are SO MANY more options, too!
St Thomas has an international airport (STT). American, Delta, United, Spirit and JetBlue are the major carriers serving St.Thomas.
You can also fly to San Juan (code is SJU) and catch an island hopper over to STT. Southwest is an additional major carrier in San Juan. CapeAir, Air Sunshine and Seaborne are some of the inter-island carriers that have regular flights between SJU and STT.
If neither of these options suit your needs, there is also an airport on St. Croix, USVI (STX) and on Tortola in the BVI (EIS).
We have a good friend, Kevin, who dispatches and drives for a local company and we will be happy to schedule pick up with him for you and your crew. The fare is $20/pp for a private ride to the East End from the airport that includes all bag fees. Should you choose to arrange pick up with him yourself, you can reach him at 340-643-0025. Please provide airport arrival information at least 24 hours in advance. Also, if you'd like to stop on the way to shop for provisions, that can be arranged.
If Kevin is unavailable, there are MANY other cabs at the airport that will be happy to bring you to our home slip on the East End, although rates may differ from the above.
Yes, if you plan to include any of the British Virgin Islands in your itinerary, you will need a valid passport issued by your home country to enter the BVI and to re-enter the USVI. Dependent upon your home country, visas may also be required. (US residents are not required to obtain visas to enter the BVI.)
If you prefer to schedule a charter that remains in USVI waters, passports are not required. Valid state issued ID and a birth certificate will be needed in order to pass through US customs at the airport for your return flight, though. (Check out our itinerary starters for more information about USVI and BVI locations.)
In all of our trips, NOT ONCE have we had a guest tell us they under packed! And we've had folks do 5+ charters with us!
Shorts, t-shirts, bathing suits, coverups/sundresses and flip-flops are all you really need. Quantity is your call. If you plan to include some light hiking in your itinerary, you may also want to bring a pair of tennis shoes that you don't mind getting wet!
You should also plan for a hat and sunglasses. Don't forget to bring a strap of some sort to keep these items from becoming a gift to Neptune because they have fallen in the sea.
Depending on the time of year, a long sleeved shirt and 'house pants' may be worth having in case of cool evenings.
We ask that you do not wear shoes on the boat as debris gathered on soles (even boat shoes) harms the fiberglass decks.
Each cabin is furnished with a set of sheets, a light blanket, two full size bath towels, two small size bath towels, two hand towels, two washclothes and two beach towels. Additional linens and towels will also be made available to any guests wishing to occupy the galley.
You will need to bring your favorite toiletries, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Toilet paper will also be provided. And PLEASE keep in mind, that 'flushable' wipes ARE NOT flushable on the boat! Learned it the hard way a time or two and having to wait around for us take apart the commodes during your trip will definitely impact your plans for the day.
Please NO spray sunscreen.
The aerosol spray on the fiberglass deck makes for a very slippery surface that quickly becomes dangerous, so just plan on lotions or creams, please.
Also, as of March 30th of 2020, the USVI has banned the use, possession and/or sale of any sunscreen containing oxybenzone, octocrylene or octinoxate. A $1000 fine is applicable for any violations found. You'll want to ensure that sunscreen you bring does not contain any of these three chemicals. A quick Google search for reef-safe sunscreens will return a plethora of options for you. We use Neutrogena Pure and Free baby sunscreen for our pirate dog, Buddy.
It always comes as a surprise to our visitors that most grocery items purchased here are significantly more expensive than what they are used to paying in the states. Because almost everything available here arrives by either air or sea, the cost is more and the selections are fewer.
In the past we have had guests bring a cooler with meats, cheeses, pre-grilled meals, spices, condiments etc. as those items are more expensive on island.
Additionally, if there are specialty items that you need/want, you may want to consider bringing them with you. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions about which of your favorite items may/may not be regularly available on island.
We've had a number of folks tell us they saved a dime or two by purchasing a used cooler that they planned to leave on island in order to save the return baggage fees.
Please feel free to reach out to us to get an idea of the current cost of items you may want to purchase on island.
The good news for rum drinkers is that the rum is usually cheaper here! ;-)
There are several options on St. Thomas to provision. You can choose to shop for yourself or to order online and have it delivered to the boat.
Also, there will be places to resupply some basic items throughout the week if you run out of something or have forgotten a key ingredient.
Pueblo is a regular grocery store and has one location near the airport and another on the way out to the East End.
Plaza Extra grocery store has a location at the Tutu mall.
CostULess is a 'big box-ish' store that carries a little bit of everything and offers online shopping for later pickup. (Be sure to select the St. Thomas store)
PriceSmart is a big box, membership store that has a new online ordering feature in beta. Depending on how large a group you have, it's easy to justify the $25 membership fee.
Moe's Fresh Market has a location in Charlotte Amalie and also on the East End in Red Hook.
Food Center is also available on the East End near the boat.
Absolutely! There are a number of provisioning services on the island that are happy to help. Some can even provide pre-packaged meals that you only have to heat and eat!
Fine Food Afloat/Anna's Market has online ordering, will do the work for you and deliver to the boat. They offer meal packages as well as individual items.
Time Saver VI offers shopping and delivery services, also.
Moe's Fresh Market in Red Hook, as well as being a retail storefront, also does provisioning and delivery.
Stocked VI also offers provisioning and/or ready to prepare meal packages.
Should you choose to order ahead and have your provisions delivered to the boat, reach out and let us know if you would like us to receive your order and stow your items prior to your arrival.
We will provide toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags for the galley and all heads, a scrub sponge and a lighter/matches for the grills.
Some other items that will not be furnished that you may want to consider while planning for provisioning:
We have a Yamaha Explorer Sea Scooter that is a lot of fun!
We have a 2 person kayak and a stand up paddleboard for those wanting exercise or an escape!
We have noodles and various rings and things to sit and float in.
We have adult snorkel gear on the boat, but feel free to bring your own if you want. We do not have children's snorkel gear, so do bring right-sized equipment for children who will enjoy snorkeling.
We can help you to arrange dive gear should you have the dive bug.
We also have a sea wing towable.
We have a dinghy with engine for transport to and from the shore. At many of our stops, you'll need to plan on wet feet getting into and out of the dinghy at the shoreline.
You're welcome to swim also. Many of the places we overnight, we will be able to catch a mooring ball pretty close to the shoreline. If you're an early riser, a swim into shore and a walk along the beach is not a bad way to start the day!
There are just a few things that we ask you to leave at home, but the requests are to facilitate your comfort and safety.
No hairdryers on board. The current the dryers pull will trip all the power off on the boat. We have beautiful warm breezes available for all your hair drying needs and are sure that you will all enjoy your time so much that you'll be subscribing to the 'Boat Hair, Don't Care' philosophy in no time at all!
No aerosol spray sunscreen/bug repellent. The aerosol spray cannot be contained and becomes a real slip hazard as soon as it lands on the fiberglass deck of the boat. While we wash the decks daily, that oily residue takes multiple washings to truly come up off the decks.
